How much does each service cost?
There's no published rate card — every project gets a fixed price quoted in writing after a short scoping conversation, because the real cost depends on your specific integrations, document variety, or conversation complexity. What's fixed is the process: describe the problem, get a written quote, approve it before any work starts. No hourly billing, ever.
How does fixed-price scoping actually work?
You describe the problem in plain English through the contact form. Yova Consulting responds in writing within one business day with a rough scope, then follows with an itemized quote by deliverable. You approve the price before any build work begins — no hourly billing, ever.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
Scope changes go through a written change order with a price adjustment you approve before work continues. There are no surprise invoices. If new requirements come up during the build, they get scoped and quoted the same way the original project was — in writing, before the work starts.
Do you work with government buyers?
Yes. Yova AI LLC is a registered Florida limited liability company and can take on simplified-acquisition-friendly work for government buyers — small, fixed-price, clearly scoped contracts. Larger procurement processes with heavy compliance overhead are evaluated case by case.
Who owns the code after the project ships?
You do. Every deliverable is built and deployed in your own accounts — your cloud, your API keys, your CRM — and the source code is handed off as part of the engagement. Nothing runs in a Yova Consulting account that you cannot access or move off of.
How do you test agents before launch?
Voice and chat agents go through a simulated-customer stress-test suite before any change goes live — the same testing system that gates releases on Yova AI, our own production product. Agents are checked against realistic customer scenarios, not just a manual demo run.
