Small, clearly scoped, fixed-price purchases — the kind that fit simplified acquisition and micro-purchase style procurement, including a 30-day pilot for a single shipped automation. Every price is quoted in writing after scoping, not published as a rate card, since the right number depends on the specific problem. Larger procurement processes with heavy compliance overhead are evaluated case by case.
Do you subcontract the work?
No. Yova Consulting is founder-led — the engineer who scopes the project, writes the code, and delivers the walkthrough is the same person a buyer talks to at intake. There is no subcontracting layer and no handoff to a separate delivery team.
Can you meet documentation and audit requirements?
Every engagement produces a written scope, a fixed price itemized by deliverable, a written runbook, and a recorded handoff walkthrough — the same async-first, paper-trail-friendly process used on every project. Code is delivered into the agency's own accounts, not a Yova Consulting-hosted system.
Do you work with local Florida county and city buyers, or only federal?
Both. Yova AI LLC is a registered Florida LLC based in Orlando, and takes on work from federal, Florida state, county, and city buyers, as well as private-sector RFPs and RFQs.
